Wondering where to eat in Marina Bay Sands? Here's my Jumbo Marina Bay Sands Review after trying all the Chinese restaurants and eateries at MBS!

The Food
Jumbo Signatures is, in my opinion, the best Chinese restaurant in Marina Bay Sands. (Click through for an overview of all the Chinese restaurants in MBS- I ate at all of them to review them for you :P)
However, note that it doesn't serve dim sum. (For that you, you need to go to Mott32, Blossom, Imperial Treasures, Canton Paradise, or Tim Ho Wan.)
I liked everything I've had at Jumbo, with the exception of the Inaniwa udon dish (which I found to be a bit bland) and the dessert. (Definitely not their forte.)
Particular favourites are the soft shell crab and mantou bun- I usually don't eat soft shell crab because peeling the crab is a pain but here the crab meat has already been removed for you! (See below.)
The meal starts with a free appetiser (always very good.) My 2 favourites are below:
Non set-lunch Food
The dishes above were all from the set lunch. For a la carte dishes, see below.
Service
The service is attentive, but note they will speak to you in Chinese (if you look Chinese.) When I reply in English, they usually reply in English, but it can be a bit difficult to understand what they're saying sometimes.
Need to Know
If you order a la carte, the meal can be quite pricey. I highly recommend the set lunch to save money. (For example, when I took my Mom there for her birthday dinner, it came up to $200 per person versus about $90 for the set lunch.)
The dishes on the set lunch menu are changed about every 3-4 months. At the time of writing, the set lunch is available every day. (But things at MBS change quite often.)
Unfortunately, the air-conditioning in the restaurant isn't the best, so it can feel quite warm inside, especially on extra hot days.
Note: Jumbo Signatures is billed as a fine dining restaurant, but the tables are a bit too close together for it to feel like fine dining to me.
Location
JUMBO Signatures is located at one end of the MBS mall.
Address: The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, 2 Bayfront Ave, B1- 01B, Singapore 018972
Things to do Nearby
It'll be quite hot after lunch/ before dinner, so you may prefer to be in air-conditioned places such as:
- the Art Science Museum
- Gardens by the Bay flower domes
Alternatively:
- visit the Sky Park Observation Deck (for a panaromic view of the surroundings)
- try one of these free activities in Marina Bay
